Sr. UX/UI Designer
Our client out of the Atlanta area, is a rapidly growing tech company looking for a Sr. UX/UI designer building out a design library and style guide as well as low to high fidelity mockups. They are looking for a self-driven individual who will Collaborate with and solicit feedback from cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the company's visual identity/brand in collaboration with marketing and executive leadership
- Create and maintain style guides
- Design and continuously improve all creative assets for the marketing department
- Collaborate with and solicit feedback from cross-functional teams to plan and continuously improve assets
- Create and maintain a digital archive of all creative assets organized and accessible by the team
- Sales collateral including brochures, data sheets
- Content like guides and e-books
- Sales and speaker presentations
- Email templates
- Online and print ads
- Social media banners and posts
- Design Logos
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of print production requirements and common print pitfalls to avoid
- Work directly with the marketing team and external vendors as needed to ensure successful delivery of files for print and optimized files for mobile and web
- Collaborate with marketing team to prioritize projects and manage workflow to ensure projects meet deadlines
- Make recommendations for stock imagery purchases when needed
Requirements:
- 8+ yrs. experience in web and graphic design
- 5+ yrs. experience in B2B SaaS
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
- Proven experience creating development-ready assets (PSD, Sketch) for website buildout
- Strong portfolio that showcases memorable print and web design (see samples to include below)
- Very high standards for your own creative work
- Excellent professional references

- Exceptional work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to give and receive constructive feedback and foster strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to drive results on-time with high quality

- Proven experience designing for all devices (including responsive design)

- 4+ website designs (4 different companies) demonstrating responsive design or desktop and mobile
- 3+ data sheets, 1-pagers, brochures
- 3+ landing pages
- 3+ sales decks/pitches/presentations
- 3+ collections demonstrating cohesive social media posts
- 2+ print ads
- 2+ digital display ads
- 2+ email templates
- 2+ e-books, guides
- 2+ logos
- 1+ brand/style guide
Nice to have:
- Video creation/editing experience
- Animation, illustration motion graphics experience
- Photography experience
- Bachelor degree in graphic design or related field
